As of May 05, 2008 some accounts on Jondo.com may be deactiveated. We will keep all account information on file until all payments have been settled. Further, the support email is available for any questions not addressed below.

Why are we turning off Jondo accounts?
Keeping a website running costs a lot of money and requires a lot of time. Unfortunately, we can't afford to keep developing Jondo and must take steps to reduce bandwidth costs.

Will I get paid for art that I've sold?
Yes. We know there may have been delays with payments, but we'll be sure to settle everything before we permanently delete account data.

What will happen to my image files?
For security reasons, we will delete all high resolution images once all accounts are settled.

Can't you just keep my account open?
Some wholesale accounts may continue to operate, but unfortunately we are unable to activate other accounts.
