What is Jondo?
The most powerful publishing software on the planet! Jondo software is a one stop website where artists can sell their work without the hassles of printing, fulfillment and invoicing.

Why Jondo?
Because, all you have to do is paint! We handle the rest.

How does Jondo Work?
Simple! First, you upload a print-ready image. Next, someone buys one of your prints. We manufacture it in our state-of-the-art, 50,000 square foot facility and ship the print within days. Then, we pay you the difference between the retail cost (which you set) and the manufacturing cost (see below)!

Do I still own my art?
Yes! If you haven't sold the original, DON'T! Sell prints to pay the rent, not the original! You also own the licensing rights to your work. Jondo works as your printer. When an order is placed, we print and fullfill it on your behalf. You can take any or all of your work down at ANY time, and close your virtual gallery.
It's your work, It's your choice.

Can I sell Limited Edition Prints?
Contact customer support (support@jondo.com) if you'd like to open an enterprise level account, which has the ability to sell limited editions. Enterprise accounts are stand-alone websites designed for publishers , galleries, and other art businesses, and as such enterprise level images will not show up in the Jondo network. Enterprise accounts have a minimum setup fee of $500.

What does the manufacturing cost include?
Price includes:
*Host your virtual gallery and shopping cart.
*Host the high resolution print ready files.
*Handle all credit card transactions, including the processing fees.
*Collect Sales tax (where applicable).
*Print your art on high quality canvas Made in America, or print your art on high quality fine art paper.
*Stretched four different ways: Gallery wrapped - 1.25 inch, 1.75 inch or 2.0 inch wide - complete with hanging hardware, and .75 inch frame ready (No GalleryWrap. Image is on face only)
*Cardboard corners, protective wrapping and boxed for secure shipment.
*100% Made In America.

*Stretched prints are 16 cents a square inch for Open Edition prints.
*Unstretched Open Edition prints are 12 cents a square inch.

We are the largest on demand giclee printer in the world. This allows us to manufacture large quantities at the lowest cost.. We're passing on the savings to you!

When do I get paid?
We issue checks every 30 days.

What's the return policy?
Because each order is a custom created order, we cannot refund any purchases except for manufacturing defect. Manufacturing defect does not include problems with the provided file, color, sun damage, or anything else that is not a fault of the manufacturing process. Each print is screened for quality, but in the event of a manufacturing defect we will return 100% of the purchase price, at our discresion, not including shipping charges.
