Return Policy

Jondo.com will replace prints if there is a manufacturing defect at no cost to you. You must return the print or prints in question before we can process the refund. For more information about how to go about getting a refund or replacement, please contact support@jondo.com

We will not refund or replace prints if you are unsatisfied with color, the image was not properly cropped, the file appears blurry, or any other file related problems. Further, sun damage, damage in shipping, or other non-manufacturing related damages are not covered by our return policy.

Note that we cannot refund shipping costs. All returns must be shipped in the original packaging with packing slip and must be in the same condition as received. Because production starts almost immediately, we cannot cancel orders after they have been placed.

Returns or refunds shall be granted at our sole discretion only.
