Regional Manufacturing
Our regional manufacturing model resulted from over a decade of strategic development. We have 10 locations worldwide, which helps our customers reach new markets. Our in-house developed cloud platform JONDO HD, automatically directs orders to the manufacturing site closest to the end recipient, so items can be delivered in the most timely manner possible while keeping shipping fees reasonable and minimizing our carbon footprint.
Standardized Manufacturing
JONDO maintains a high level of quality standards from our roots as a fine art reproduction company. This applies to all of our locations worldwide. Our unique fulfillment model begins with the supply chain. Each location is well-stocked with the exact same materials for manufacturing. Next, investments are made annually in equipment and staff to meet the growing demands of our customers, especially during peak season. Staff are regularly trained on each manufacturing area to ensure consistency across our product line and locations. You can expect the same level of quality with every order, no matter where it is processed. Our paperless workflow allows for a high degree of accuracy, uptime and availability, which means you can count on us when it matters most. Load-Leveling & Redundancy
Load Leveling and order re-routing are strategic tactics used by JONDO to help reduce major fluctuations in customer demand. This also allows for minimal workflow disruptions in the event of an emergency or other untimely event. For instance, the city in which one of our manufacturing sites is located lost power a few years ago, putting operations at that facility on pause temporarily. With our regional manufacturing model, another facility was able to produce those orders, so our customers were not let down.
Currently, due to COVID-19, there are major shipping delays throughout the United States as well as other countries. Rather than have outgoing shipments waiting to be picked up at one facility, JONDO’s regional manufacturing model allows for incoming orders to be sent to another location to help reduce shipping delays.
